If so, please let us know if you need to be re-enrolled in any previously purchased courses of study, we will verify which of your products are available for repeat free of charge. If your product registration requires a fee to register for the upcoming study cycle, you will be sent a link for payment and registration instructions.

Please note: re-enrollment may take up to 72 hours, so please be patient as we complete your enrollment. Once you complete this form, we will verify your eligibility for re-enrollment and enroll you appropriately.
